Services
Five pillars, each derived from work we have delivered. What follows is what a client actually receives.
Strategy & product definition
Before anything is designed, you get a written definition of what is being built, what it costs and in what order it arrives.
- Discovery and requirements documents
- Technical architecture
- Scoping with priced, phased delivery plans
- Success criteria defined per phase
Web design & development
Marketing sites and brand-led builds where the design carries the client's positioning rather than decorating it.
- Design and build on Next.js
- Content structure and copy direction
- Performance, accessibility and search foundations
- Handover the client's own team can run
Custom platforms & internal systems
The operational software a business runs on — clinical, manufacturing and back-office systems, plus the mobile apps that go with them.
- Custom platforms on Next.js and Supabase
- Native mobile apps with React Native
- Role and access design, audit trails, reporting
- Phased delivery so the business keeps operating throughout
E-commerce
Storefronts built around how the business actually sells — including the payment and fulfilment rails the region runs on.
- Custom storefronts, plus Shopify and WooCommerce builds
- Regional payment rails and cash on delivery
- Structured enquiry and quotation flows for B2B
- A store a non-technical team can operate day to day
Digital transformation
Moving a business off paper, spreadsheets and phone calls — including the internal plumbing nobody photographs.
- Microsoft 365 tenant and domain migration
- Workflow automation and third-party integrations
- Tracking and measurement infrastructure
- Staff onboarding, so the new way is the one that gets used
How we work
Four steps, in this order. Most of what determines whether a project succeeds is settled in the first two.
01
Discovery
We work out what the business actually does before we work out what to build. On REGAIN that meant five rounds with the surgeon; on a marketing site it can take an afternoon.
02
Definition
You get a written requirements document: scope, architecture, and the work split into priced phases with a finish line each. This is where most of the value is decided.
03
Design and build
Phases run in order of what unblocks the business first. Nothing is a surprise at the end because the phase said what it would deliver.
04
Handover
You get a system your own team can operate, with the onboarding needed to make that true. We stay available; you are not dependent on us.
How engagements are priced
Fixed-scope phases
Each phase is defined, priced and has a finish line before it starts. No open-ended retainers.
50% to start
Half at kickoff, the balance on delivery of the phase.
Deliverables per phase
Every phase ends with something usable — a document, a live site, a working system — not a status update.
