Agriculture — seeds and inputs — Lebanon & France — 2026
Agrow Lebanon & Grō France
Two brands, two countries, one business, and no shared way to communicate.

- Digital transformation

- Phased delivery

The situation
Agrow Lebanon and Grō France operate as a single business across two markets under two brand identities. Email, files and internal communication were fragmented across both, with no consistent identity on outbound mail and no shared workspace.
What we built
- Microsoft 365 tenant and domain migration for both brands, with no interruption to live mail
- A unified but brand-correct email identity, including signatures matched to each brand
- Microsoft Teams rolled out as the shared workspace, with staff onboarding so it was actually adopted rather than merely installed
- A brand site for Agrow Lebanon, currently in build
How we approached it
We treated the migration as a communications project.
The technical cutover is a day's work; the risk is a staff team that quietly keeps using the old thing. Onboarding was scoped as part of the delivery, not an optional extra.
