The situation
Tripoli Run Club grew out of North Lebanon's running scene into a community of 60–80 regular runners, organising coastal races, charity runs and municipal partnerships. Everything ran on group chats and spreadsheets. We built the layer that turned a group of runners into an organisation partners could take seriously.
What we built
- The club website and public face, including event pages used in municipal and sponsorship approaches
- Strava API integration pulling member activity into club-level standings
- An automated membership pipeline, from signup through to issued membership
- Digital membership cards for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet
- Partnership and sponsorship material — proposal documents, sponsor tiers, event branding
How we approached it
We built this as members, not as vendors.
Zouheir co-founded TRC. Every feature was tested on a Saturday morning run before it shipped, which is a feedback loop no client project gets.
We built for the partnership conversation, not just the runners.
Municipalities and sponsors needed to see a credible organisation. The membership card, the standings and the event pages exist because they change how TRC is received in a meeting room.
